JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope of role
This is a part-time role overseeing the administrative aspects of the day to day running of the Charity.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient functioning of The Help Hub’s client journey to counselling appointments with trainee therapists – to include contracting, appointments and invoicing
- Correspondence (Email and Telephone) – acting as the main point of call for the Charity, ensuring a timely approach to all enquiries
- Diary Management – effectively manage Client appointments across two locations
- Liaise with Clinical Leads and Trustees where necessary
- Assist with the management of the Trainee Placement Year – coordinating appointments and problem solving
- Ensure effective marketing of services to ensure services reach target clientele via social media
- Invoicing – using our booking platform, raising invoices and reconciling payments
- Website Management – update WordPress site with relevant content
- Maintain organisational standards of professionalism, quality and satisfaction
- On occasion, you may be required to support the work of the Programme Manager – assisting with marketing, networking opportunities and fundraising where comfortable.
Qualifications and skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Able to represent the organisation and advocate for its values and work.
Hours: To be negotiated.
Location: Charity based in Oxfordshire, however, this can be a remote role

Part-time Clinical Lead for Oxfordshire Mental Health Charity (remote)
Up to 12 hours per month, £50 per hour
Start Date: January/February 2024
Main duties of the job
As Clinical Lead, your responsibilities include overseeing therapy case load through the Group Clinical Discussion of Trainee therapists on a monthly basis, taken online.
As Clinical Lead, you would also be required to provide senior therapy triage support taking online Initial Consultations with clients and assessing cases to ensure suitability for the Trainee service in accordance with the appropriate CPCAB levels CPCAB Qualifications and Service Levels. This may involve up to two hourly sessions per week plus reporting time.
You may be required to provide a monthly update to Trustees on appointment levels and Trainee progress.
Annually you may be asked to support Trustees and the Programme Manager in interviewing new Trainees for their Placement year.
Qualifications
- Clinical qualification at degree level or equivalent in Psychotherapy or Counselling from a recognised body
- At least 5 years clinical experience desirable
- BACP accredited (or equivalent)

- Good internet connection
Desirable
- Clinical qualification at degree level or equivalent in Supervision from a recognised body
- Easily commutable to Woodstock, Oxfordshire
